TL;DR
Senior Web Tracking Engineer (Server-Side Tracking and Analytics): Designing and maintaining server-side tracking systems that deliver accurate conversion signals to Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude with an accent on data quality, privacy compliance, and scalable measurement infrastructure. Focus on solving ambiguous cross-device and cross-domain tracking problems, implementing conversion APIs, and improving attribution reliability across platforms.
Location: EU-based, fully remote. Direct employment is available for candidates based in Lithuania; candidates elsewhere in the EU join as contractors.
Salary: From €5,500 gross/month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do
- Design and maintain server-side tracking solutions for accurate measurement across platforms.
- Deliver reliable conversion signals to Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude.
- Investigate and resolve complex tracking issues across devices and domains.
- Collaborate with PPC, product, data, performance marketing, affiliate, and development teams.
- Maintain data governance and privacy-compliant tracking implementations.
- Improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of collected data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining web tracking.
- Experience with server-side tracking, including server-side GTM or an equivalent solution.
- Strong knowledge of conversion APIs, deduplication, and identity matching.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of GDPR and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes, GKE, Docker, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Exposure to analytics or tracking platforms beyond GA4, GTM, and Amplitude.
