Junior Web Builder (HTML/CSS)

hirify.global is building an AI growth platform for real estate professionals and operates as a Series C product company.

What you will do

• Build standard real estate websites end to end on the proprietary Presence Platform using established design frameworks.
• Apply cohesive colors, typography, responsive layouts, and client brand guidance to website templates.
• Translate project briefs, intake notes, discovery materials, and client requests into completed website builds.
• Perform self-QA, validate builds against checklists, and resolve QA feedback before handoff.
• Verify state disclosures, brokerage branding rules, and MLS/IDX display requirements.
• Manage build timelines, task statuses, revisions, blockers, and communication with the Team Lead.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON.
• Developing knowledge of website UX/UI, layout, visual balance, and aesthetic consistency.
• Comfort with Google Apps and willingness to quickly build technical fluency.
• Little to no professional website-building experience is required; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may apply.
• Ability to work reliably in a remote environment, meet handling-time targets, communicate proactively, and take ownership of delivery.
• Willingness to use or learn AI tools for coding and design tasks.

Nice to have

• Exposure to block-based builders such as Squarespace, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• A strong website or design portfolio.
