What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of BI, automation, and machine learning specialists to design and develop digital tools and predictive models.
• Drive the organizational transformation toward a data-driven culture by translating data into meaningful KPIs and decision support.
• Develop, own, and execute the organization's data governance roadmap.
• Translate strategic goals from the Operational Excellence roadmap into actionable priorities for the BI & Digital Tools team.
• Partner with sister sections and business units to ensure digital solutions are integrated into business initiatives.
• Manage full area results, including safety, health, quality, delivery capacity, and finance.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience within Business Intelligence, automation, Machine Learning, or similar areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution and a strong customer focus.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
