What you will do

• Inspect, repair, and maintain plant equipment including electric motors, pumps, boilers, and air compressors.
• Perform welding, masonry, carpentry, and plumbing duties for facility maintenance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance by greasing bearings and checking oil in gearboxes and engines.
• Utilize test equipment and predictive tools to adjust mechanical equipment and set safety switches.
• Maintain and repair mobile equipment including forklifts, tractors, and elevated work platforms.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain detailed operational logs and reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Manchester, NH.
• Competency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of basic math, electricity, and schematic diagrams.
• Experience with cranes, boilers, lubrication, and filtering systems.
• Ability to use shop equipment, including cutting and welding tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
