What you will do

• Design user-centric models and recommender systems for offer design and churn prediction.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and business growth opportunities.
• Implement predictive modeling and forecasting to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and refine model performance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Integrate emerging AI/ML methodologies into existing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and statistical modeling.
• English proficiency: B2-C2 required.
• Must be based in Latin America.
