Salary: Up to £75,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting

What you will do

• Lead month-end, year-end, and reporting activities for Digital and Brands businesses.
• Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and performance analysis.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and ad hoc analysis for strategic investment.
• Manage relationships with outsourced finance service providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintain financial controls through reconciliations and process improvements.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, management reporting, and forecasting.
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge and awareness of financial controls.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies.

Nice to have

• Experience within the media, entertainment, or creative industries.
• Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organisation.
• Knowledge of budgeting and commercial business case development.
