What you will do

• Prepare and track purchase requisitions and payment schedules for machinery and services.
• Coordinate the importation of machinery, including customs documentation and freight logistics.
• Manage electronic logbooks for purchased equipment and technical documentation.
• Process goods receipts and prepare cost summary reports for project management.
• Work with vendors to manage safety system compliance and establish new supplier accounts.
• Standardize material purchases across North American facilities to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS-Project.
• Experience with SAP and Datastream software.
• Proven ability to work in a high-performance manufacturing or construction environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Associates degree in Business or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
