What you will do

• Assemble fabricated metal parts for switchgear cabinets according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly of components using various power and hand tools.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet specifications and report any defects.
• Operate powered equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, scissors lifts, and overhead cranes.
• Manage workstation inventory of supplies and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing setting.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fontana, CA.
• Ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
• Proficiency in safely operating powered equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, and kneeling.
