What you will do

• Develop and operationalize global data-driven solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from defining scope and deliverables to ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Implement software development best practices, including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and testing.
• Build secure cloud architectures using Infrastructure-as-a-Code (Terraform) and Kubernetes.
• Mentor junior colleagues and advocate for innovative technical approaches within the team.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in data engineering and a background in consulting.
• Expertise in the tech stack: Python, Spark, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka, and containerization (Helm Charts).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and secure cloud architecture.
• Fluent in English and German.
