What you will do

• Act as the primary technical Security SME for customer audits, assessments, and technical security reviews.
• Defend the hirify.global Cloud security, privacy, and AI security posture using technical evidence (IAM, encryption, secure SDLC).
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise customers, partners, and auditors regarding penetration testing and vulnerability remediation.
• Generate and validate technical evidence including logs, configurations, and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Security, and Architecture teams to serve as a technical escalation point.
• Provide specialized security consulting for the Italian market.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in AWS cloud security and SaaS shared responsibility models.
• Professional expertise in AI security principles, including Generative AI, LLMs, and AI risk management.
• Deep knowledge of vulnerability management (SAST, DAST, SCA), CI/CD security, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience presenting and defending complex security architectures to technical and executive audiences.
• Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
• Must be based in Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Threat-Led Penetration Testing (TLPT) as defined by DORA.
• Additional experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security.
