What you will do

• Lead research initiatives in Computer Vision and Multimodal generative AI to advance model efficiency and scalability.
• Train and fine-tune large-scale Vision-Language Models (VLMs), diffusion models, and multimodal foundation models.
• Design, implement, and evaluate deep learning models within a production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into scalable AWS services.
• Publish research findings in top-tier scientific conferences and journals.
• Mentor and guide other scientists and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Proven track record of publications or patents in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong expertise in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Experience in professional software development.
