Salary: $142,800 – $193,200 annually

What you will do

• Develop novel, scalable algorithms and modeling techniques for NLP, speech recognition, text-to-speech, and conversational modeling.
• Research and implement transformer-based models, LSTMs, and signal processing on production-scale data.
• Collaborate with global experts to solve complex business problems using LLMs, reinforcement learning, and human feedback (HITL).
• Advance the state-of-the-art in audio processing, speaker detection, and multilingual modeling.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a PhD program.
• Ability to relocate to the internship location in the USA.
• Availability for a full-time (40 hours per week) internship for the entire duration.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or related programming languages.
• Experience in NLP/NLU, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, or Speech Recognition.

Nice to have

• Publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Experience in designing experiments and performing statistical analysis of results.
• Track record of building commercial or government speech/NLP systems.
