TL;DR
DotNet Application Architect (.NET/Azure): Leading the design, development, and modernization of enterprise .NET applications with an accent on scalable n-tier architectures and cloud integration. What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise-level .NET applications and critical business systems.
- Develop scalable and reusable application frameworks and robust n-tier architectures.
- Design and implement complex integrations across enterprise applications using custom APIs and web services.
- Manage Azure DevOps pipelines, release automation, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Optimize and support Oracle and SQL Server databases, performing SQL tuning and data architecture initiatives.
- Integrate AI-assisted development practices using GitHub Copilot Enterprise to enhance productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 8.
- Extensive experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server development and administration.
- Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles, leading complex technology projects.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure App Services and cloud-native application development.
- Proficiency in AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and responsive UI development.
- Knowledge of NLog, iText, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience supporting large-scale government or public-sector systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility compliance standards (ADA/WCAG).
