What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of the digital asset custody infrastructure platform.
• Define product strategy, translate it into clear requirements, and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver complex capabilities for highly secure financial infrastructure.
• Engage with existing and potential customers and partners to incorporate insights into the roadmap.
• Coordinate with sales, R&D, and executive leadership to align product initiatives with business strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure the product remains competitive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience working in a B2B crypto company.
• Deep knowledge of digital cryptographic financial assets, blockchain technology, and security protocols.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic concepts (public/private key encryption, digital signatures, hashing).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or Trello.
• English: Professional proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of web analytics and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
