What you will do

• Assemble, integrate, test, and maintain unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and supporting electronic/mechanical subsystems.
• Configure and optimize flight control systems using BetaFlight, ArduPilot, and PX4.
• Design and fabricate prototypes using CAD software and multiple 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLS, SLA).
• Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on analog/digital circuits and PCB components.
• Develop and debug firmware using C, C++, and Python within various IDEs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot system faults to ensure operational readiness in lab and field environments.

Requirements

• Secret clearance (must be TS/SCI Eligible).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical program.
• 3-7 years of professional experience with UAS and electronic propulsion systems.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
