What you will do

• Lead and contribute to engineering efforts to solve complex problems in tools and testing infrastructure.
• Design and build advanced CI/CD pipeline frameworks to streamline delivery.
• Develop tooling and infrastructure to measure and increase overall engineering velocity.
• Define and maintain policies for developer, test, and validation deployments.
• Drive the adoption of best practices regarding code health, testing, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system design and test coverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing modern CI/CD solutions.
• Comfortability with open systems environments and scripting.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud-based infrastructure systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and the Snowflake platform.
• Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
