What you will do

• Review and evaluate incoming credit applications using internal tools to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify recurring system bugs, edge cases, and customer pain points.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations leads.
• Analyze patterns affecting approval rates and suggest improvements to system logic and workflows.
• Collaborate with Credit, Product, and Communications teams to improve the customer application journey.
• Maintain high throughput of applications while ensuring strict adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fintech operations, KYC/KYB, underwriting support, or QA.
• Native-level Swedish and fluent English (C1) required.
• Must be based in Stockholm.
• High system literacy and the ability to quickly master complex internal tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer lending, credit products, or financial regulations.
• Exposure to QA workflows, bug reporting, or user journey testing.
• Knowledge of basic operational metrics such as SLAs, approval rates, and drop-off points.
