TL;DR

What you will do

  • Review client-requested features, define scope, and coordinate with Account and Integration Managers to clarify details.
  • Develop comprehensive timelines incorporating task dependencies, prioritization, and risk analysis.
  • Create detailed UXM tasks including requirements, UAC information, user flows, and diagrams.
  • Drive production deployments and manage the project roadmap to reflect current progress and future plans.
  • Act as the central point of contact for UxM incidents, coordinating rapid response and resolution within SLAs.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with stakeholders through clear communication of priorities and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in project/product management or business analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business analysis/SWOT presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize complex objectives.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

  • Degree from a Technical University or University of Economics/Business.
  • Certifications such as SCRUM, PMP, BA, or PO.
  • Deep understanding of service-level objectives (SLOs), incident lifecycle management, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in team leadership and conflict management.
