What you will do

• Collaborate with brands and Account Managers to align forecasts, stock, ranging, and commercial priorities.
• Support supplier forecasts, replenishment, newness buys, stockholding, and availability.
• Review promotional and NPD (New Product Development) performance in coordination with the Buying team.
• React to market changes and sales data to ensure KPIs are met and sales are maximized.
• Provide support during quarterly range reviews.

Requirements

• Must be currently working at Assistant Merchandiser level.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness.
• High proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a busy workload.

Nice to have

• Experience within a fast-paced Beauty, Retail, or FMCG environment.
• Experience managing a large store estate.
