What you will do
- Execute global channel partnership expansion strategy aligned with growth priorities in data, decisioning, fraud, and analytics.
- Expand the end-to-end operating model across referral, reseller, OEM/embedded, co-sell, and marketplace engagement.
- Identify, target, and recruit net-new strategic partners including SaaS platforms, AI providers, and fintechs.
- Lead end-to-end partnership origination, including prospecting, commercial negotiation, and legal structuring.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth through structured co-sell motions and marketplace integrations.
- Develop scalable enablement assets such as pitch decks, integration guides, and co-branded collateral.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or tech organizations.
- Proven track record of personally recruiting, structuring, and activating net-new partnerships.
- Expertise in various channel models: reseller, referral, OEM, co-sell, and marketplace distribution.
- Ability to structure complex partnership agreements and model revenue and margin impacts.
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed enterprise organizations with global partners.
- Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria
