What you will do

• Serve as the main contact for handling user support requests and system issues.
• Investigate, replicate, and clearly document bugs and data irregularities.
• Manually test new features, fixes, and updates to ensure quality before release.
• Create and maintain test cases, release notes, and user support documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor data accuracy and consistency within the MySQL database.

Requirements

• Background in support, quality assurance, or testing within a software or data-focused setting.
• Good knowledge of manual testing processes and bug tracking/management.
• Basic skills in SQL (ideally MySQL) to explore and analyze data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills for both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with testing Vue.js web front-end applications.
• Familiarity with issue-tracking tools like JIRA or GitHub Issues.
• Understanding of financial systems and internal operational tools.
