What you will do

• Execute end-to-end P2P activities from invoice receipt and posting, ensuring data accuracy.
• Act as the primary contact for German-speaking third-party suppliers and stakeholders to resolve invoice queries.
• Conduct vendor statement reviews and adhere to internal procedures, timelines, and SOX controls.
• Prepare GRIR reports and analyze aged items with accompanying commentary.
• Support General Accounting during month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with core team members and global sourcing teams to optimize processes and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are an absolute requirement.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in P2P or a finance function, preferably within an SSC/BPO environment.
• Understanding of Procurement and Purchasing functions and SOX compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
