What you will do

  • Drive and manage month-over-month sales growth for entrusted venues through KPI measurement and detailed analysis.
  • Provide strategic, data-driven performance insights and consultation to drive commercial growth of existing partners.
  • Oversee a portfolio of restaurant partners to ensure value creation for partners, customers, and couriers.
  • Identify opportunities for partners and propose tailored campaigns to boost results.
  • Act as the primary contact for appointed accounts, conducting regular business reviews and supporting expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and optimize partner performance.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience in business development, account development, or field sales.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English.
  • Valid driver's license (mandatory).
  • Strategic mindset with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and structured process implementation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or E-Commerce.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FMCG, field sales, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
