What you will do

• Lead performance management, career development, and engagement for customer service and protection operations.
• Facilitate transparent communication of company goals and initiatives between stakeholders and associates.
• Develop and review operational policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes for the organization.
• Coach and mentor team managers and specialists to enhance problem-solving skills and overall performance.
• Establish performance parameters and professional targets to align team output with company strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Team Manager or Operations Manager.
• Must be based in Mandaluyong, Philippines for onsite work.
• Proven mastery of leadership, coaching, and developing exceptional talent.
• Strong critical thinking, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage a shifting schedule depending on business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive engagement across diverse teams.
