What you will do

• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes for technical departments.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and organize performance review processes.
• Mediate and resolve conflict situations within teams.
• Track employee progress via Roadmaps and PDPs in collaboration with Resource Managers.
• Monitor employee engagement, loyalty, and burnout risks.
• Organize team-building events and promote corporate culture.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
• Experience implementing HR policies and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and HR systems.
• Must be based in Lithuania for remote cooperation.
