What you will do

• Own the employee experience across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and regular 1-to-1s to offboarding.
• Partner with managers and HR Ops to handle employment changes, prepare offers, and align stakeholders.
• Facilitate key HR cycles, including Annual Reviews, Upward Reviews, and Engagement Surveys.
• Support internal events like One Team Days and various HR marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally as a People Partner or HR Generalist.
• Hands-on experience running regular 1-to-1s and supporting day-to-day employee matters.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Ukraine (preferably Kyiv).
