What you will do

• Develop a creative vision and translate regional strategies into locally relevant campaigns for the German market.
• Oversee the creation and curation of design kits, templates, and elements, leveraging AI tools to increase speed and impact.
• Conduct cultural research and content audits to identify gaps and ensure visual and messaging authenticity.
• Manage local freelance designers and creators, providing hyperlocal direction and high-quality feedback loops.
• Partner with SEO, Marketing, and Country Managers to align on creative goals and drive user engagement.
• Analyze content performance and report ROI on creative campaigns to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative leadership roles, ideally with international or regional remit.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work that reflects cultural resonance and local user needs.
• Experience managing freelancers/creators and collaborating with cross-functional teams (SEO, Growth, Product).
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany
• High proficiency in German and English is required for cultural authenticity and global collaboration.
