What you will do

• Design and develop high-impact visual layouts for an editorial project across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with editorial, social, video, marketing, and product teams to translate strategic needs into visuals.
• Update graphic materials daily for news and content based on the editorial calendar.
• Contribute to brainstorming and shaping the magazine's visual interface and evolving brand language.
• Propose innovative formats and solutions to enhance user experience and market differentiation.
• Translate company brand guidelines into a distinctive editorial identity tailored for the magazine.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• Proven experience in editorial design and digital publishing projects.
• Experience designing graphics for sports brands, teams, or leagues.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Advanced knowledge of AI tools for image generation and photo editing (e.g., Midjourney, Flux).
• Fluent Italian and very good English (C1) are mandatory.
