What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of designers across Hamburg and Singapore.
• Own the application and evolution of the brand identity across all global touchpoints.
• Translate commercial objectives from Growth and Product Marketing into high-performing visual assets.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and efficient production workflows.
• Manage creative production schedules to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across time zones.
• Execute hands-on design work for digital assets, event graphics, and corporate presentations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a lead design role within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or agency environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing creative production schedules and establishing efficient design workflows.
• Strong ability to translate business narratives into effective, sales-driven design.
• Must be willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany (relocation support provided).
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on maintaining global brand standards.
