What you will do

  • Manage sportsbook trading operations, odds management, and overall market performance.
  • Monitor betting activity, exposure, and risk to ensure profitability and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee pre-match and live trading activities, including major sporting events.
  • Define and implement risk management strategies, staking limits, and trading controls.
  • Lead and develop a team of traders and risk analysts.
  • Analyze betting trends and customer behavior to optimize trading strategies and product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in sportsbook trading or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of sportsbook odds compilation and liability management.
  • Proven experience managing pre-match and in-play trading in regulated European markets.
  • Swedish language: native or fluent level.
  • English: fluency level.
  • Strong understanding of Swedish gambling regulations.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with KSA-regulated operators.
  • People management or senior trading experience.
  • Familiarity with global trading feeds and localisation for local markets.
  • Knowledge of betting exchanges and hedging strategies.
