What you will do

• Own the iOS technical roadmap and architecture, defining the core build process and standards.
• Establish engineering guidelines for code reviews, CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud), and testing culture.
• Write performant, testable Swift code using UIKit and SwiftUI for real-time financial transactions.
• Implement mobile security requirements, including Keychain, Secure Enclave, biometric auth, and certificate pinning.
• Mentor iOS developers to raise the engineering bar and improve team output.
• Represent iOS in cross-functional discussions with Backend, Product, Design, and QA teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial iOS development experience in Swift.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and driving architectural decisions.
• Deep mastery of UIKit and production experience with SwiftUI.
• Strong command of architectural patterns: MVVM, VIPER, and Clean Architecture.
• Production experience with Swift Concurrency (async/await) and Combine.
• English B2+ proficiency for PRs, tickets, and technical discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or banking mobile applications.
• Integration experience with KYC SDKs (Sumsub, Onfido) and Payment SDKs (Stripe, Checkout.com).
• Knowledge of WebSockets or SSE for real-time data streaming.
• Experience with Firebase suite and performance profiling using Instruments.
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily development (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
