TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: London-based, with 2 days a week required in the Shoreditch office

What you will do

• Design and ship new features across the UI and platform stack for the hirify.global iOS app.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to craft high-quality user experiences from concept to launch.
• Optimize app performance and reliability across a broad range of iOS devices.
• Improve and maintain core systems related to security and Solana blockchain integration.
• Participate in code reviews and iterative improvements to ensure a scalable codebase.

Requirements

• Experience building high-quality consumer iOS apps at scale.
• Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly within an existing codebase.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technical and organizational ambiguity.
• Ownership of problems from early exploration through to customer release.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or the payments industry.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and the Solana blockchain or other blockchain technologies.
• Strong eye for smooth animations and UI polish.
