TL;DR
Data Engineer (HR Support) (Python/SQL): Supporting group-wide People & Culture data consistency, reporting, and system alignment with an accent on data migration and governance. Location: Must be based in Poland (Warsaw office with remote options).

What you will do
- Ensure group-wide People & Culture (HR) data consistency and alignment across systems.
- Support HR reporting and systems integration, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Query and analyze large, varied datasets to spot inconsistencies and patterns using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
- Design and implement data processes, monitoring, and governance solutions.
- Document data dictionaries, field mapping, and process playbooks.
- Communicate data findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in system migration projects with direct responsibility for data.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Deep understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations regarding personal data.
- English: C1 or higher required
- Polish: Proficient (C1) required
- Must be based in Poland
Nice to have
- Practical experience with a global HRIS (HR Information System).
- Knowledge of process mining, BPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
- Experience building Power BI dashboards and views.
- Experience working with data across multiple countries or legal entities.
