Location: Onsite at Robakowo Warehouse ELC7, Poland

What you will do

• Extract, prepare, and analyze operational data using SQL.
• Create, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze inventory levels, stock movements, and product rotation to optimize performance.
• Investigate data discrepancies between operational systems such as WMS and Fluent.
• Support the Operations team with ad hoc analyses and reporting requests.
• Optimize reporting processes and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or Mathematics.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and very good Excel skills.
• Fluent Polish and communicative English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite at the Robakowo Warehouse.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI.
