SoC/System Architecture Director - MPU& MCU

What you will do

• Define and develop MPU and MCU system architectures in line with market trends and industry standards.
• Translate customer requirements and use cases into detailed product specifications for industrial and automotive solutions.
• Design scalable computing architectures covering multi-core processing, memory hierarchies, high-speed interconnects, and bus protocols.
• Define and integrate security mechanisms such as secure boot, cryptographic accelerators, and trusted execution environments.
• Drive optimization of performance, energy efficiency, thermal management, reliability, and scalability.
• Coordinate system-level integration across hardware, software, firmware, silicon, and board design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in microprocessor and microcontroller architecture, SoC architecture, software, and system-level integration.
• Strong understanding of CPU cores, DSP, memory management, peripheral integration, and real-time processing.
• Experience with system performance optimization and low-power design.
• Familiarity with Linux, Zephyr, FreeRTOS, or similar operating systems.
• Ability to collaborate across multinational, multidisciplinary engineering teams and experience with product development processes.
