System Solution Developer (Aerospace)

Location: Suzhou, China; onsite role

What you will do

• Support technology studies and development of new solution concepts, including activities to improve Technology Readiness Level.
• Scout relevant local Chinese technologies and innovations.
• Break down product and system requirements into traceable solution design requirements with project managers.
• Design system architectures, module structures, use cases, and high-level and detailed design documentation.
• Implement, integrate, test, and deploy system solutions, including continuous deployment activities.
• Prepare technical requirements, supplier proposal evaluations, feasibility studies, architecture specifications, and system verification reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software solution development or system architecture, preferably in aerospace or industrial automation.
• Experience with system architecture principles, the software development lifecycle, solution deployment, and full life-cycle product development.
• Experience documenting system designs for security or compliance requirements.
• Experience with model-based system development; UML or SysML knowledge is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English required.
