What you will do
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and native mobile apps (iOS & Android).
- Develop and optimize test automation scripts using Playwright (JS) and integrate AI tools to accelerate workflows.
- Perform full-spectrum validation including functional, smoke, sanity, integration, localization, and regression testing.
- Implement a shift-left approach, collaborating with developers, designers, and DevOps to identify issues early.
- Manage the defect lifecycle using Jira and Confluence, coordinating fixes with the development team.
- Ensure platform quality across various environments prior to production and support release coordination.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Wiesbaden, Germany
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience testing native mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
- Proficiency in creating Playwright automation scripts using JavaScript.
- Experience with Git, GitHub workflows, and basic SQL for database queries.
- English: Fluency required

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with API and performance testing.
- Exposure to AI-driven QA tools and intelligent automation platforms.
