What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related topics for assigned products and production processes.
• Support and optimize production processes to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing.
• Manage internal quality deviations, including decisions on rework and product release.
• Perform quality checks at defined inspection points and authorize shipments.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and deviation records.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking quality metrics and supporting problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or natural sciences or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in technical product manufacturing or industrial quality functions.
• Strong knowledge of quality methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma).
• Fluent English and German (C1 level) for effective cross-functional communication.
• Ability to analyze technical drawings, specifications, and process descriptions.
