Intern - Campus Recruiting

Pay: $16–$17 per hour

What you will do

• Engage prospective candidates through recruiting activities, resume reviews, phone screens, interview scheduling, and interviews.
• Create marketing strategies, content, and social media posts for early-career and college audiences.
• Analyze social media outcomes and communicate hirify.global’s business lines, products, services, and markets.
• Plan and lead intern program events and programming while supporting the current intern class.
• Collaborate with Corporate Recruiting and other business teams on hiring-related projects.
• Enter recruiting data and support clerical work to improve strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior working toward a four-year degree in Marketing, Advertising/Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to deliver projects on time.
• Independence in decision-making and time management, with a willingness to ask questions and learn quickly.
• Computer and standard software proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
• Experience with recruiting, marketing, or advertising concepts.
