What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of features from problem discovery and sketching to implementation, shipping, and performance measurement.
• Drive and shape the future architectural vision to help the platform scale and improve onboarding speed.
• Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code while upholding high engineering standards for yourself and the team.
• Create intuitive and beautiful user experiences utilizing the latest design ethoses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, designers, and analysts to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern state management, and performance tuning.
• Ability to work across the stack, including writing backend routes, shaping APIs, or managing cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical ideas to non-engineering stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
