What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Build scalable and secure REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, and stored procedures.
• Engage with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and implement automated testing and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Microsoft SQL Server development.
• Experience developing modern web applications with React.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and AI/ML solutions.
