What you will do

• Design and develop software in an event-driven microservices environment.
• Develop high-performance microservices using Golang.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to set up and deploy new services.
• Monitor production environments and respond to alerts and issues.
• Coordinate directly with client technical teams when necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in FinTech.
• Deep proficiency with Golang.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database schema design.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and solve problems independently.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Banking-as-a-Service, Brokerage-as-a-Service, or Payment-as-a-Service.
• Experience working with digital assets and blockchain infrastructure.
