What you will do

• Lead the Business Solutions team supporting SAP Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Concur processes.
• Provide functional direction and oversight for solution design, configuration, and integration within the finance operations portfolio.
• Partner with FinOps and Treasury leadership to define business cases, prioritize demand, and shape technology roadmaps.
• Lead process design activities to ensure requirements are scalable, integrated, and aligned with standard business processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver end-to-end solutions, including upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee project work, including resource planning, issue resolution, testing coordination, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP Finance experience, including functional support, solution design, and implementation.
• Experience supporting finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Treasury.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Dublin, OH or The Woodlands, TX.
• Strong understanding of finance operations and business process integration.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating technical resources.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Familiarity with automation and AI capabilities like RPA or intelligent agents.
• Data analysis and reporting skills (dashboards, analytics).
