What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counseling staff, providing regular feedback and documentation.
• Facilitate weekly supervision sessions and conduct hands-on training through case reviews.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive records.
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agencies.
• Conduct therapy sessions and handle crisis interventions as needed.

Requirements

• Must hold valid licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC) in accordance with state regulations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kansas City, MO, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of human behavior and rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and office equipment.
