What you will do

• Architect, integrate, and validate system-level simulations for aerospace project lifecycles.
• Design simulation architectures, including interfaces, infrastructure, and models.
• Develop simulation CONOPs, use cases, and requirements.
• Lead small teams of engineers and act as a subject matter expert in system modeling.
• Develop real-time hardware interfaces and maintain in-house software frameworks.
• Automate test plans and triage complex software-hardware integration issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics (PhD preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in Systems Engineering or related fields.
• Significant professional experience with C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret preferred).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and relevant certifications.
• Experience with Python and containerization technologies.
• Background in technical leadership.
• Knowledge of machine learning, database administration, or data science.
