What you will do

• Deploy and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and maintain highly available VPCs and cloud compute instances.
• Design and implement comprehensive platform observability, including monitoring and logging.
• Manage IAM standards, user access, and security policies across enterprise workloads.
• Define and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cloud service consumption.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for Tier-2 engineering support and incident response.

Requirements

• Must reside locally within the State of Colorado
• Must successfully pass comprehensive background checks, including State, Federal, and CJIS clearances
• 5+ years of infrastructure development experience with GCP foundation services.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Strong scripting capabilities in Bash, Python, YAML, and PowerShell.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure in complex enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
