What you will do

• Own and resolve complex technical issues within CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure independently.
• Lead root-cause investigations into failed upgrades and deployment configurations.
• Maintain and optimize deployment tooling to ensure high availability and seamless release cycles.
• Perform deep-level debugging across Windows and Linux environments using elevated system access.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and document permanent fixes for Engineering teams.
• Participate in team syncs and sprint reviews to align infrastructure goals with engineering releases.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Tooling Engineering.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Deep understanding of AKS, Kubernetes, and Argo CD.
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Extensive experience with Jenkins pipelines and GitHub.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both Windows and Linux environments via CLI.

Nice to have

• Experience managing secrets and sensitive configurations.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for automation and self-healing scripts.
• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
