TL;DR

Senior Training Manager (Medicare): Lead training initiatives for Medicare sales hires and oversee continuous learning programs that drive employee performance, knowledge retention, and operational excellence with an accent on curriculum strategy, learning effectiveness measurement, and team leadership. Focus on designing and maintaining onboarding and refresher training aligned with evolving products, processes, compliance requirements, and organizational priorities.

Location: Chicago (Willis Tower)

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base pay

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain onboarding, curricula, and learning content aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.
  • Own curriculum strategy and program design to keep training current, effective, and aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Partner with executive leadership, operations, quality assurance, sales, and HR to identify performance gaps and implement learning solutions.
  • Use multiple training methodologies and tools to maximize training effectiveness.
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of training programs and report results to senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training managers and training leads.

Requirements

  • Curriculum development, instructional design, and content creation experience.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for audiences of all sizes.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, actionable learning experiences.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship.
