What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain onboarding, curricula, and learning content aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.
- Own curriculum strategy and program design to keep training current, effective, and aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
- Partner with executive leadership, operations, quality assurance, sales, and HR to identify performance gaps and implement learning solutions.
- Use multiple training methodologies and tools to maximize training effectiveness.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of training programs and report results to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training managers and training leads.
Requirements
- Curriculum development, instructional design, and content creation experience.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for audiences of all sizes.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, actionable learning experiences.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
- 1+ years of leadership or people management experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship.
