What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for enterprise-scale workforce technology platforms.
• Design secure, scalable solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity services.
• Define engineering roadmaps in partnership with Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Drive architectural standards and reusable technical patterns across the organization.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve employee and customer experiences.
• Mentor senior engineers and champion operational excellence and platform reliability.

Requirements

• 11+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Strong experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Proven success influencing architectural decisions in large-scale organizations.
• Experience building enterprise-scale Azure environments and cloud governance frameworks.
