What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of biosignal-based algorithm development for medical devices.
• Select and implement appropriate methods, balancing deep learning with traditional statistical or signal processing techniques.
• Enhance internal ML tools and model architectures to improve team efficiency and rapid experimentation.
• Ensure high-quality code standards through unit testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
• Present technical results to stakeholders and support client-facing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of neuroscientists, clinicians, and engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning within regulated fields.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and modern deep learning architectures like Transformers.
• Strong background in digital signal processing (DSP) and time-series data analysis.
• Proven track record of bringing algorithms into production environments.
• Experience with software engineering best practices including Docker, CI/CD, and version control.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse internal and external audiences.
